Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you need your order shipped as soon as possible, you can call our office at +1 415-520-7320 and we will do our best to help.  

We offer expedited shipping via UPS (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight). If you don't see those options at checkout, please contact us at hello@darakennedy.com or 415-520-7320 for pricing.

Orders within the US ship free if the total is $75+. Otherwise, standard domestic shipping costs $8.95.

For expedited shipping and international shipping, please refer to the prices and options that will automatically be associated with your delivery address.

Yes! Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping options and rates vary depending on your region.

Note on international duties and taxes: Our shipping charges do not include international customs fees, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. Please contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs fees are paid.

Note on international returns and refunds:  Please see our return policy below. In addition, for returns outside of the United States, we cannot refund shipping fees. We are not responsible for refunds if packages are refused due to high duties and taxes, or if packages or specific items cannot clear customs due to your country’s restrictions.

Returns & Refunds

You can return unopened products in original, sellable condition to us within 15 days of your order delivery date. Simply email hello@darakennedy.com for return authorization and shipping instructions, and we’ll send you a refund for the unopened products you send back once we receive and inspect them.

At this time, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If you'd like to try samples first, we suggest ordering samples through our California retail partner, aylabeauty.com.

Payments & Safety

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

You choose your delivery frequency at checkout. Your card will be charged automatically before each order ships.

Every time you place your 6th subscription order, it's on us (no codes, no catch).

When you have multiple active subscriptions, we consolidate them into a single shipment where possible — fewer deliveries, less packaging, better for the planet.

Yes! You can adjust your delivery frequency anytime from your account.

Simply update your shipping address anytime from your account.

Of course! if you're not ready for a refill, you can skip or delay your next order from your account.

You can update your product selection in your account before your next order processes.

We're sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time before your order has been processed from your account page.
