Relax Infusion
THE WIND-DOWN MASTER. Relax Infusion is a remarkably soothing, caffeine-free herbal tisane made to help you wind down at bedtime. It is, hands down, the most helpful, safe, and efficient solution we’ve ever tried for decompressing at the end of the day.
Angelica (Angelica archangelica), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Calendula (Calendula officinalis). All organically grown on a farm in France that specializes in medicinal herbs.

WHY WE MADE IT
A good night’s rest is critical for good health—and good skin: chronic sleep troubles can affect skin’s texture, elasticity, hydration levels, barrier, and microbiome.
Relax Infusion is deeply calming without being habit forming and without typical side effects. It also tastes marvelous.
Key Actives & Their Provenance
Angelica has long been used in folk medicine for nervousness, insomnia, digestive disturbances, and skin irritations. It’s calming to the nervous and digestive systems and acts as a general tonic to support fatigue and sluggish circulation.
Tulsi is an adaptogen known for its stress-relieving effects. It can benefit the immune and respiratory systems; we also admire its antioxidant and neuroprotective effects.
Calendula is widely appreciated for its helpfulness with inflammatory conditions both in the digestive system and the skin. We admire its healing benefits both externally and internally as well as the support it provides for the liver and the body’s detoxification systems.
Sage has been used medicinally for centuries to address a variety of ailments; its Latin name, salvia, translates to “the one who relieves all ills.” Benefits range from supporting brain health (memory, focus) to alleviating menopause symptoms (hot flashes) to supporting metabolic health (blood sugar).
Where we source our medicinal herbs
We work with a French farm that's been in the same family since the 1640s because they really know medicinal herbs: it's all they grow. Each plant is carefully cultivated on this farm, where they are also carefully dried and cut using the “herbalist cut” for optimized benefits.
You can learn more about the farm, and why Dara loves them so much, on Dara's Substack. (Of course she checked it out in person. You can read more about that slightly nutty trip on Substack, too.)
HOW IT WORKS
One of the secrets to Relax Infusion’s success is the synergy between its medicinal plants:
- It’s calming and balancing to the nervous system, thanks to the way sage, tulsi, and angelica work together to harmonize stress, anxiety, and hormonal changes.
- It’s calming to the digestive system, thanks to the way sage, angelica, and calendula work together to relieve bloating and ease the digestive process.
- It supports immunity and vitality, thanks to the way tulsi and sage bolster the immune system and boost mental clarity.
- It gently addresses inflammation, thanks to the way calendula and tulsi work together to calm internal irritations and reinforce the balancing effect of the entire blend.
WHAT IT DOES
Relax Infusion can be taken throughout the day during times of peak stress and sleeping struggles, but we love taking it at bedtime. To us, it feels immediately like being covered with a soft, warm blanket that leads to a deeper, more restful night of sleep and — importantly — a fully refreshed wake-up in the morning. (If you’ve tried all the tricks, like valerian and melatonin, and found them to leave you groggy, we’re with you. This one won’t.)
Because we all have different reasons for struggling with stress and sleep, this beautifully balanced infusion addresses a variety of causes by soothing and bolstering the digestive, nervous, and immune systems. It’s the perfect thing to reach for during periods of stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, or anytime your body needs gentle support.
